Personal Training

Melanie offers in-person and online personal training services focusing on three important areas: strength, cardio, and flexibility. All three will aid with improvement of your normal daily activities, but also assist with any performance or training goals you may have. With Strength Workouts, we will work to build and maintain muscle. This will include resistance training with dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight. Cardio Workouts aid in increasing the strength and efficiency of the heart and circulatory system, which we will achieve through a variety of methods. Lastly, Flexibility Workouts, including stretching, help in a variety of ways including decreased soreness and improved performance.

1-Hour Sessions (Individual, 2 people, or 3 people)

30-Minute Sessions (Individual)

Sets of 1, 5, 10, or 15 Sessions

Group Fitness or Zumba Session Fee Information

Melanie hosts ongoing virtual (online) classes that are open for drop-in attendance. She is also available to host private in-person and/or virtual (online) classes for your group. Rates depend upon number of participants and style of class. Please contact for details.
